Nunavut Online Food Safety Training

The Nunavut Food Establishment Safety Regulation compiles all the detailed requirements for a food establishment to determine the prevention of health hazards. It includes the minimum necessities in relation to maintenance, temperature control, sanitizing, pest control, food handler hygiene and the many day-to-day tasks that food handlers are involved in.
