By accessing or using the Probe It Food Safety website and certification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Use of Services

• You must be at least 12 years of age to register for a course.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

Certification

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and exam.
• Certificates are valid for the period specified by the applicable provincial authority.
• Probe It Food Safety certificates are recognized by health authorities across Canada.

Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and prior to course completion.

Limitation of Liability

Probe It Food Safety is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
